Material must be original, accurate, and in good form editorially. Manuscript should be informative, summarizing the basic facts, procedures or conclusions in the use of educational technology in the learning environment.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS FOR MANSCRIPTS SUBMITTED FOR FORMAL REVIEW:

The manuscript should contain no direct references to the author, committee, or institution, which might identify the origin of the manuscript. The author should limit any reference to funded grants, author or etc. to a title page. This additional requirement is to protect the blind review process.

Abstract: A brief overview of the submission, 75-150 words, must accompany the document. The abstract should summarize the major points or conclusions.

The Peer Review Process

Articles submitted for formal submission will be peer reviewed for appropriate and worthwhile use in professional development and research venues. Upon receipt the manuscript will be assigned to two or more peer reviewers for consideration. The review process will be a "blind" review process. Reviewers will have previous experience in publishing in referred journals and have direct experience in the field of the proposed article. If the manuscript receives evenly divided reviews, additional reviewers will be required or the division editor will may review the manuscript. Upon assignment to peer reviewers, the author will be notified. Once the consideration for publication has been reached, the author will be notified of the appropriate action (suggestions for revision, acceptance, or rejection). If published, the article will be marked as peer reviewed.
